Deliveries are usually made with Royal Mail. Standard delivery £3.95 (delivered within 3-5 working days) or collection FREE from my home in Penryn.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the refund within 5 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Items purchased from raz|maker will be packaged with great care so that they arrive in good condition. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please email me immediately with a photo of the product and details of the fault.
